Check In/Check Out:

Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. 

Check in - 2pm

Check out - 10am

Special arrangements for check in can be made with advanced notice.

Check in will occur at the property site.

Pets:

Small, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted at Greencroft cottages.  All other pets are not permitted.

Linens/Bedding and other necessities:

You will need to provide your own linens/bedding.  Please bring your own pillow cases, sheets and blankets.  Also, you will need to bring kitchen towels, bath towels and face cloths.

Smoking:

All of our cottages are non-smoking.  We ask you please refrain from smoking inside the cottages.

Visitors:

Visitors are welcome at the cottage during the daytime.  However, only registered guests are permitted to overnight in the cottages.  Our septic system cannot accomodate the increased use created by a large number of visitors.

Beach Equipment:

You will need to bring your own beach chairs, towels and other accessories.  The chairs at the cottages are to remain on cottage property.

Drinking water: 

We do have a sand point well on site, however, we ask you bring/purchase your own drinking water as we cannot guarantee the water provided is potable.

Barbeques:

We do provide complimentary barbeques for our guests.  We do ask you clean the grills before you leave.

We expect our guests to treat the cottages as they would treat their own homes, keeping the cottages clean and making sure any kitchen items used are washed, dried and returned to their appropriate cupboard space.
