Our family oriented cottages are located at 114 3rd Ave. N and 115 2nd Ave. N, less than a two minute walk to both Sauble's main strip and the beach.

The Ellen Kay which is our 3 bedroom cottage is located on 3rd Ave. N and our 2 bedroom cottage, Lazy Pines is located on 2nd Ave. N.  They are adjoining properties with lots of privacy for those vacationing on their own but also fun for families holidaying together.  There is a path for easy access to the beach for both cottages. 

Both cottages are available for rent, pending availability, from May 1 to October 31.   

They are fully insulated with ceiling fans and electric heat.  They all have laminated flooring.  All cottages have colour, cable television.

The kitchens are equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.

The cottages have a deck with a patio table and chairs, fire pit and complimentary BBQ with all necessary utensils and propane provided.

We pride ourselves in having the cleanest cottages in Sauble Beach.
